Beautiful Christ-Centered Decor for Your Home
I had originally planned to share this post and free printable banner several days ago. However, after the unexpected passing of my father-in-law earlier this month, I’ve been helping my husband and mother-in-law navigate everything, which has delayed much of my work. Even so, I’ve received several requests for this banner, with many of you saying you’d still love to have it even after Easter—so I’m grateful to finally be able to share it with you today.
Recently, a good friend in my ward reached out and asked if I could design a Names of Christ banner for her Easter decor. She knows how much I love graphic design and crafting—I share lots of free printables, SVG cut files, and DIY tutorials over on my family lifestyle blog The Quiet Grove, after all!

She envisioned something simple and meaningful: a banner with rectangular pennants that could be strung along twine and clipped with mini clothespins. I instantly loved the idea.
As it happens, I already had a list of 25 Names of Christ with accompanying scriptures that I originally compiled for a set of laser-cut wood ornaments I designed and now offer in my Etsy shop. For this banner project, I updated a few of the scriptures to include references from the Book of Mormon, Doctrine & Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price—making it a more complete, Latter-day Saint–focused resource.

Here’s the full list of the Names of Christ and their scripture references included in the banner:
- Rabboni – John 20:16
- Savior – Mosiah 3:20
- Lord of Lords – Revelation 17:14
- The True Vine – John 15:1
- Alpha and Omega – D&C 35:1
- Only Begotten of the Father – John 1:14
- Light of the World – John 8:12
- Holy One of Israel – 2 Nephi 9:41
- King of Kings – 1 Timothy 6:15
- The Good Shepherd – John 10:11
- The Word – John 1:1
- The Mediator – 1 Timothy 2:5
- Son of Man – Matthew 9:6
- Emmanuel – Matthew 1:23
- The Bread of Life – John 6:35
- Prince of Peace – Isaiah 9:6
- Advocate – D&C 29:5
- Messiah – Moses 7:53
- The Mighty God – 2 Nephi 19:6
- Lamb of God – John 1:29
- Counsellor – Isaiah 9:6
- Beloved Son – Matthew 3:17
- The Redeemer – Job 19:25
- The Christ – Matthew 16:16

Two Beautiful Designs to Choose From
In the end, I created two different banner styles. One features elegant purple spring flowers, while the other is a more minimal, classic greenery design. My friend chose the greenery version, which I quickly printed and assembled for her—but I loved them both so much, I decided to make both versions available to you for free!
Though these banners were originally designed as Christ-centered decoration for Easter, You can really display them year-round if it fits your home decor. Which is why, though Easter has officially passed this year, due to multiple requests, I am sharing them with you today.

Each banner comes as a ready-to-print PDF with four pennants per page. You can print the files at home (I used my Epson EcoTank printer) or take them to a local print shop. I recommend using cardstock for durability, and I’ve included cut lines to make trimming each pennant easy with a paper cutter or scissors.
If you’re printing at home, I recommend setting your printer to “Actual Size” and selecting “High” print quality in the printer settings for the best results.

I absolutely love how these turned out, and I hope they bring a special spirit into your home.
I’m even thinking about creating a Christmas version of the Names of Christ banner later this year. What do you think? Would you like to see that? Let me know in the comments—I always love hearing your thoughts!
